How long are HELM Life Interactive Learning Events?
Interactive Learning Events take place on Zoom with an emcee, a host for each group, and a team of participants! The entire event fits into a calendar hour and takes less than 60 minutes from start to finish. Teams have up to 45 minutes to finish the Learning Puzzles with some time at the start and end to welcome people and to discuss what they’ve learned.
Do they happen on Zoom?
They do! A few days before the event you'll be sent a calendar invite or Zoom link. Head over to the Zoom link at the start time and your emcee will meet you there. Learning Events are best on desktops or laptops, where it’s easier to see teammates and the puzzle screen.
How many people can play?
We can host 40–200 people per event, but believe in breakout rooms! After a welcome from the emcee, participants break into groups of 6–8 with a host in each room for a fun, social puzzle-solving experience.
Are they interactive?
Yes! You'll be working on the same puzzles, on the same screen, and you’ll see each other’s cursors as you play. We use all kinds of puzzles: word, logic, geography, jigsaw, research, audio matching, and more—there’s something for everyone!
Will we have fun?
You will! Our Learning Events are social, fun, and global—teams from across the U.S., Canada, India, Australia, and Europe have played. Over 40% of teams book another within 6 months.
How are Interactive Events and MicroLearnings different?
Interactive Events are real-time Zoom events with team play and conversation. MicroLearnings are solo 10-minute games you play anytime on your phone or computer. You see coworkers only in the leaderboard at the end.
